How we work

1. Initial meeting between Sam and client regarding proposed project, to discuss outline requirements and if possible the proposed budget.

2. Site survey to get a feel for surroundings and architectural influences etc and discuss brief in more detail

3. We do charge a small fee for designing your proposed furniture and we can discuss this with you once we have required information. This will be deducted from the initial deposit should you proceed, this is normally a fee of £ 250.00

3. Design initial set of plans with state of the art CAD system (or hand drawings if we feel more suitable) before arranging second meeting with client.

4. Presentation of proposed project takes place and amendments can be made if necessary.

5. An accurate Quotation can be calculated once a suitable design has been agreed.

6. Initial 25% deposit is required to secure an installation date (usually 6/8 week lead time but this can vary).

7. Manufacture of furniture is undertaken at the factory in Stratford upon Avon where clients can, if they wish, call in and see their furniture being created by our skilled craftsmen.

8. Furniture is delivered and installed by our fitters to the highest possible standard.

9. Final inspection by Sam to ensure all aspects of the project have been completed to the highest standard possible.

What are your payment terms?

25%  Initial deposit to reserve a manufacturing date

60%  on Commencement of work (or prior if you are to be away when we start)

15%  Final balance due upon completion
